All quotations/estimates will remain valid for a period of fourteen (14) days from the date of the quotation.

The quotation / Estimate is not confirmation.

Confirmation shall be made between the customer and ICCS Bespoke upon receipt of invoice and full payment before work commences.

The CUSTOMER appoints ICCS Bespoke to effect the work at the property and agrees that the terms and conditions as set out herein shall be the Agreement between the parties in respect of the work to be effected.

Unless the contrary is agreed upon before commencement of work, ICCS BESPOKE shall provide all materials and equipment necessary for the proper execution of the work. All materials shall be of the kind and quality as described.

The CUSTOMER shall afford ICCS Bespoke access to the property to perform the work in accordance with ICCS Bespokes obligations and agreement with the customer. In this regard, it is specifically agreed and recorded that ICCS Bespoke shall have access to the property from 08H00 to 17H00, or as discussed and agreed upon with customer to perform the work and the CUSTOMER shall make available, at his cost, the necessary water and electricity required by HANDYMAN-SA to give effect to its obligations in terms of this agreement.

Customer shall handover the site and record any breakages or damages on the property before ICCS bespoke commences work.

Any breakages or damages made by ICCS Bespoke will be at the cost of ICCS Bespoke as agreed upon with the customer.
